🟢 Accept blessings with humility, not pride. The Stoics teach that good fortune is not a sign of superiority. Whatever life gives—success, praise, comfort—should be received with gratitude, not ego.

🟢 Let go of what you can’t keep with grace. Life is constantly changing. Holding on tightly creates suffering. Marcus Aurelius reminds us to release what must go—possessions, people, positions—without resistance or despair.

🟢 Inner peace comes from detachment. By neither clinging to gain nor fearing loss, we free ourselves from emotional turmoil. True strength lies in being balanced—calm in abundance, calm in loss.
