Saggy coil springs in a car seat? Pool Noodles to the rescue. A bandaid fix for sure. But it will do until the seats go to get properly fixed and reupholstered.

Woodworking and old car restoration, at the same time! Had to reproduce this wood B-pillar support post, which is part of the convertible top assembly on the 1937 Packard. This car still uses wood in some of the body components. This was made for a board of 8/4 kiln dried Ash. Which is the same type of wood originally used.

Folks have asked how effective my home made shop air filter is, well, then is what the new old filters look like after 45 days of casual use. This is just one of the four filters in the unit. I'd say moves a pretty good volume of air.

Woodworking tools I found at the Hershey AACA Swapmeet. I also ran in ‪@RexKrueger‬ while walking around. Looks like he found a couple of treasures as well. #woodworking #woodclamps #aaca #hershey #swapmeet

Headed to the AACA Fall Meet in Hershey PA next week. This is the largest auto swap meet in the world. It takes 3 full days just to walk the aisles! While mostly focused on cars, there is a treasure trove of vintage tools to be found. Mixed in with those automotive related items are usually good woodworking tools at giveaway prices. If you see me walking around, give me a shout out.
