was founded by pastor Sergei Privalov in October 1998.
Pastor Sergei Privalov was sent as a missionary; Senior Pastor of the Church "Victory" of Ukraine, Apostle Henry Madava.
The main goal of pastor Sergey Privalov's ministry is to build the Victory Church in Odessa, through the preaching of the Word of God and organizing various ministries for people of all ages.
