For anyone wondering where I've been, I'm on an unplanned break from MSFS since the SU3 release and its horrible performance problems. I happened to get into a game called Foxhole. It's been a nice change from feeling like a MSFS QA tester to actually just playing a game for fun and enjoying myself.
SU3 showed major performance issues throughout the beta, and they were repeatedly reported by people on the forums. Despite all these major issues and reports from testers, SU3 was released anyway. After seeing my performance degrade to under 20 FPS on a 1-hour Fenix flight with just about the best hardware you can buy, Foxhole has been a wonderful escape. Until SU3 happened, MSFS was excellent, but they have massive performance issues to fix that are keeping me away from it for now.
I've been streaming Foxhole daily on Twitch if you want to drop in and see what it's all about:

To those using the Sim Update 1 Beta, you should check to see if all your community add-ons were disabled -- mine were!
1. From the FS24 main menu, click "Marketplace" then "My Library"
2. In the left sidebar, tick the "Community" checkbox
3. In the list of content, see if items say "Installed" or "Disabled"
4. If they're disabled, click "Select All" in the top right (or select individual mods), then click "Enable" in the bottom right
It should enable them immediately without needing to restart the simulator.

To use (almost) live time/weather during a career mode mission in MSFS 2024, bind a key to "Set Zulu Minutes".
Pressing it should set your time to the top of the current real hour. The minutes will always be :00 when you use it, but the day and hour will be accurate. If you want to get as close to real-time as possible, when your real-world clock changes to :00 (top of the hour), press the shortcut again.
The weather will automatically update to what it was at that time, so beware if you do it mid-flight. Thanks to @Kevo_G_ for telling me about it!

Fenix released an update yesterday that includes compatibility for FS24. Simply launch your "Fenix Installer" windows app, allow it to auto-update, and then click the new 2024 Install button.
The Livery Manager seems to support both 2020 and 2024 in its settings (you can choose the locations of both folders), but the behavior of installing a livery is a little confusing. Sometimes it installs them to my 2020 folder, sometimes my 2024 folder, and sometimes in both. It seems to be specific to each livery.

Navigraph has released a FS2024 EFB app for both Simbrief and Navigraph Charts. If you're a Navigraph customer, open the Navigraph Hub app on Windows, let it auto-update, and install the new plugins. You can then access both new apps in the in-game EFB (press TAB to quickly open the EFB).

iFly 737 MAX 8 enjoyers: if you're not hearing any of the callouts for V1, GPWS, or RAAS (Runway Awareness and Advisory System), uninstall Taboo by //42. It's conflicting with the iFly audio somehow. Hopefully this gets fixed at some point.

The Working Title GNS 430/530 is in the Marketplace starting today for both PC and XBOX! And I didn't think this release could be any better. You can expect a new series of videos coming out covering each update to it -- the first will be this weekend!
Installing the 430/530 will replace it in all planes that have it. The Pilatus PC-6 uses it and is available to everyone (make sure to pick the normal variant, not one ending with "G930", which has the G1000 instead). Many other payware planes have it including the Deluxe edition C172, the DA40 TDI, the new Bell helicopter, many JustFlight Piper planes, and more).
Sim Update 11 is absolutely awesome. Just... wow.
