This Wednesday, I will show you how to make the Chinese pancake.
And here is my recipe for 8 pancakes. See you then.
- 低筋麵粉 228克 (cake flour 228g)
- 糯米粉 20克 (glutinous rice flour 20g)
- 澄麵 58克 (wheat starch 58g)
- 雞蛋 1隻 (1egg)
- 調味料(鹽、砂糖、雞粉、胡椒粉、麻油、五香粉)
Seasoning: some salt, sugar, MSG, white pepper powder, sesame oil and Chinese five spices
- 配料按個人喜好 (韭菜、蔥、臘腸、火腿、蝦米)
Optional ingredients: Chinese chives / green onion / Chinese sausage / ham / dried shrimp
