Hey fam. I was doing a video for u guys and all of a sudden I got triggered. My hand was shaking and I became teary eyed. I asked God what's happening to me. He replied, "Feel it son." The stress I felt in the motel 6 God was beginning a process to release me from it. I never expressed that agonizing worry and anxiety i felt. Instead, I ate as a coping mechanism. I am sharing those strategies with u whoever has not express to people u trust about your agonizing worry. I plan to have the video on Friday at 10am. Luv y'all!
