Cruises Keeping You Big As Hell

I recently went on a cruise, and let me tell you, it shocked me just how many people were overweight.

At first, I couldn’t figure it out. I mean, they’re on a cruise — a vacation, right? Why would so many people seem unhealthy?

Then I started paying attention to their habits.

The gym? Empty 99% of the time.

Meanwhile, the pool bars? Packed, with people chugging alcohol all day long.

And when I looked at the food? It was like a dessert buffet on every plate. I didn’t see a single protein item — just carbs, sugar, and more sugar.

It honestly blows my mind. How can so many people be so unaware of how their choices are affecting their bodies?

It really made me think about the connection between habits, attraction, and SMV (S*xual Market Value). Just like you can improve your body with effort and discipline, your SMV is something you can actively influence too.

So, if you want to take control of your habits, your health, and your value in the marketplace, start by assessing where you're at.

Check out my free SMV calculator to get an honest look at where you stand, and take action from there.

🥊💭Thinking About Training Martial Arts?
Not sure which Practice to Pick?

Grappling and sword skills have their place, but remember:

) Rule #1 of a street fight: Stay on your feet.
) You won't always have a sword... but you always have your hands. 👊

So learn to throw them like a pro

🚫We aren’t looking for street fights, that’s not smart
But boxing is such a fun way to build muscle endurance and your mind at the same time.

Plus, if you need it, you got it.

“Better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war.”

I’ve been spending my days at the boxing gym, diving into the sweet science of throwing punches with precision and strategy. 🥊🧠

I put together a day in the boxing gym so you can see what it's like to NOT get punched in the face.

One of my training takeaways:
Boxing is Physical Chess. It isn't just about strength; it's about outsmarting your opponent.

Come see why boxing could be the perfect martial art for you:

P.S.
What’s your experience with martial arts?

Are you all about those Muay Thai elbows?

Or do you prefer to throw down with some Judo?

Once filled up, and carbed up. Looks 10x better 👌🏾

Only about 1.5% Bodyfat away from my goal. Then maintenance mode through summer. Then a proper “lean” gain (about 100 calories above maintainance) for a 6+ months will be in full effect.

If you want it bad enough.. you will figure out a way. A wise man once said “you don’t rise to your aspirations, but you fall to your standards.” My standard is to be the best version of myself physically, mentally, spiritually.

However, it all came from the habits that I’ve instilled through fitness. Happy Friday. 🏆

I've been working on getting to 10% body fat for just a week, and I'm already seeing some progress 💪🏽 I'm feeling stronger and more pumped up every day, and it's all thanks to the positive habits I've been sticking to. It hasn't been a piece of cake, but I've been waking up early every morning, hitting the gym, and eating healthy, nutritious meals.

I say this as a reminder to always have goals set in place. It makes the journey much more fun.. Enjoy your weekend fam. 🔥

I used to feel like I wasn't making any gains in my strength training. I was hitting the gym hard every week, but my lifts seemed to be stuck in neutral. It was frustrating as hell, and I almost threw in the towel.

But I kept at it….I trusted the process and stayed on my grind, even when it felt like I wasn't getting anywhere. And little did I know, progress was happening all along.

One day, I was warming up for my workout and decided to try a four-plate weighted pull-up. Three years back, I wouldn't even have dreamed of trying it (and failed many times)But guess what? I nailed it with ease. It might have been a small victory, but it was proof that my hard work was finally paying off.

That's when it hit me that progress doesn't always come easy. It's slow and steady, and sometimes you don't even notice the gains you're making. But if you stay consistent and keep at it, progress will happen.

So, I want to help you achieve your strength training goals too, homie. Hit me up for my 1 to 1 online coaching, and I'll help you get your systems in place to build muscle, sort your diet, and stay accountable. Trust the process, stay on your grind, and let's make those gains together!

As we welcome in the new year, many of us are back on track with out fitness goals..

I know that starting a new workout routine can be daunting,. But I want to remind you that small steps can lead to big changes. The most important thing is to just START.

Here are a few tips to help you get motivated and stay motivated:

1. Set realistic goals: It's important to have something to work towards but make sure your goals are achievable.

2. Find an activity you enjoy: The best workout is the one you'll actually do. Whether it's running, cycling, yoga, or calisthenics ;) , find something that you enjoy and stick with it.

3. Make it a habit: The more you do something, the easier it becomes. Try to exercise at the same time each day and make it a part of your daily routine.

4. Reward yourself: Set milestones and reward yourself when you reach them. This will help keep you motivated and make the journey more enjoyable.

Remember, progress takes time and it's okay to start slow. The most important thing is to take that first step and keep going.
