14 years ago today, I made a decision that would change my life. I chose to go to work, in a storm, and wound up injured in a car wreck when I was rear ended. 7 bulging disks, 6 herniations, 3 spinal impingements. Scoliosis, stenosis, and degenerative disk disorder were also diagnosed. 4 months ago and six days ago, my leg was broken by my neighbor. I say both of these things to say that this morning, I ran almost a mile out of my 2.5. God is good, magic is real, and healing is possible.
