When family and friends come over ask them to go grocery shopping, make sure dad is right there.

After you leave the hospital with your baby, when you get home, go to your room and TAKE A NAP!!!!
Breastfeeding is not the end all be all. | Breastfeeding should be right for both mom and baby.
Medication is safe but doesn't always have to be the 1st approach.
