I’m here to just show what I grew up with, to show tradition Vietnamese food that is made easier but still hold all the true taste... also Asian fusion, fresh made infused pasta, and fun desserts made with my kids...and to show how you can make great restaurant food at home to impress your family and friends. I just want to show what I have learned throughout my childhood and being a chef and working with great people and other chef... my biggest influence was my dad, he has thought me so much as a child and up to now.. I also would like to thank chef Emeril Lagasse for being a great mentor and friend and showing me that I still had the passion to create... but I couldn’t do this without my family and my good marine friends, without you guys pushing me for yrs and now my daughters too...
