Gordon Ramsay plays Minecraft - out now! https://youtu.be/dHy-qfkO54E
New video out now! https://youtu.be/mlg2LtrJ51Y
All of my strikes are now gone, and I'm ready to share what I've been working on since my last video!
This is the first episode of a larger series I have been planning (currently editing the second episode), so keep your eyes peeled!
Huge thanks to @AnimeWins for helping me get my Barbenheimer video back up. We've been fighting this case for more than 4 weeks now but it finally worked out (I'm currently hoping that they don't change their mind and strike the video again).
If any of you are content creators and get hit by claims as well and are within fair use, he'll help you fight them and win. Just reach out to him through his business email (found on his about page). He was extremely helpful and guided me through the entire legal process with full transparency and has won hundreds of claims over the years.
Latest update on the strike situation: I've been fighting the case for nearly 2 weeks now and YouTube has been absolutely no help. I just posted a thread on my Twitter explaining the entire situation and what's happened since the video was taken down (twitter.com/TortillaDelta13/status/168753486639130…. I'd really appreciate your support by retweeting the thread so that hopefully YouTube Support takes notice of it.
Got striked again - and it wasn't even Warner Bros this time; just some random company :/
Won’t upload until October the earliest when one of the strikes expires. If you'd like to see the original, it's up on my Twitter: twitter.com/TortillaDelta13/status/168316966456879…
Unfortunately, Warner Bros has striked my channel and taken down my Barbie & Oppenheimer video that I posted a few hours ago. It had started to gain serious traction which makes the removal even more painful considering the low views on my latest videos. I spliced and edited the Barbie trailer by moving clips around so that the flow wasn't the same as the original, and projected that edited trailer onto the screen of a 3D movie theater with audience cheer sound effects layered on top so that the original audio was virtually obsolete. At this point, not even that can be considered fair use.
YouTube seriously needs to fix its copyright system.
Some BTS from my latest video! The first GIF shows the progression of that single Spider-Man shot (the bottom-most version is the final version that appears in the video), and the second GIF showcases 3 deleted scenes that never made the final cut.
I edit memes and mashups for fun
