Announcement! The IMAX film I worked on, DEEP SKY, is coming to 300 theaters across North America for 1 week for Earth day on April 19. The initial theater run was very limited, so if you missed the film the first time around, now is your chance. The film is fantastic — seeing the James Webb Space telescope images (and my visuals) on the IMAX screen is awesome.

THE SIGHTS OF SPACE has a new release date: November 29th. I originally aimed for a late summer release, but several factors have delayed production on this one, and I have also decided to expand the ambition of the video.
I don't think I have ever missed a target release date, so this is a difficult call for me to make, but this adventure needs more time in the oven. Plus I do my best work when I am not rushed.
In the meantime enjoy these little sneak peek images. The wait will be worth it, I promise.

Hello friends! It’s been a minute! There’s a reason for that.
I am working tirelessly on three videos simultaneously, in addition to a number of commercial projects I am currently a part of.
Progress continues on Sights of Space. It’s shaping up to be an epic journey, still slated for release later in the summer (likely August).
I am also laying the foundations for an epic documentary on the future of Earth & mankind, which I mentioned was a goal of mine to finish this year, but will possibly stretch into 2023. It's a highly ambitious project that I am considering submitting to film festivals rather than a typical channel release, but patrons will get exclusive access to it either way. You will hear more on that in the coming months and I’m stoked to share the details with you.
But in the near term, I am cooking up a special new short film, titled BINARY DREAMS — an experiment in using artificial intelligence to generate mesmerizing scenes of the cosmos. I’m convinced that A.I. will forever change the way we produce and consume art, and this film is my pioneering exploration of how this new tool can be used to incredible effect. To my knowledge, this is the first A.I. powered space art film created, and provides a glimpse into the future of a budding artistic tool that will be highly disruptive, controversial, powerful, and beautiful all at the same time.
BINARY DREAMS will drop later this month.
In the meantime, thank you for pushing Life Beyond 3 past 5 million views, and the Life Beyond series past 30 million total views. As I’ve said, this is not the end of the Life Beyond journey, and you will hear more on this front at some point this year :)
