Deloitte UK Will Offer Equal Parental Leave to Men And Women.

A wonderful news.

Deloitte UK has today announced a new policy of 26 weeks' fully paid family leave* for all its new parents, which will come into effect on 1 January 2025.

The move comes as new YouGov research** commissioned by Deloitte, shows that family leave is a crucial consideration for employees, with nine out of ten (87% saying it is a major factor when choosing an employer and 85% saying it is key for staying put.

This is an absolutely amazing benefit for employees, helping them spend more time with family back in home countries.

Kudos to Deloitte UK for providing this benefit - I have used this opportunity 2nd time in last 2 years, and absolutely love it!

It seems bit difficult in the start to work all day when you are around your family and friends for a limited period of time. However, it gives you the pleasure of being at home with your family, so you make it work very well!

Nobody talks about the HARD part of upgrading your life. The working 24/7, missing out on a lot, losing friends/relationships because you are too busy, always being tired, the wondering if you will ever reach the goals you are trying to reach. I may feel down, but I won’t break. God’s timing!
