I want to take the opportunity to correct a mistake I made on Friday's post-trial show about the Carly Gregg verdict. I said that the defense threw a hail mary and accused Heath Smylie of sexually assaulting Carly to attempt to sway some sympathy from the jury. After going back and listening to the trial myself I realized that's not what I heard and I wanted to correct my mistake and take the opportunity to explain why I don't believe he ever assaulted her at all.
