在廚房工作超過30年,起步於酒店 fine dining,入過星級餐廰,加入過英資食品廠工作,近年專心食品研發及設計。大半生和食物結下緣份,相信還會一直繼續下去。人過半百,食物及烹飪經已是我生活的一個重要部分,烹調可以嚴謹,亦可以有FUN!人生是多面的,可以約簡、可以精采、可以安靜、可以熱鬧⋯⋯選擇全憑自己。有人做過科研,話有Heart用心做的菜餚不但更美味,會更有正能量!怪不得,我們一直都覺得「住家飯」最啱口味。

Working in the kitchen more than three decades, I am still passionated to work as a chef.I started my career in the fine dining section when I was young. Later, I was glad to work with famous chefs and their professional teams in various star-rated restaurants. Then I joint a British based factory to widen my experience in Food & Beverage areas. Recently, I’ve devoted my energy on the product Research & Design. Living more than half century, cooking becomes a vital part of my life. I enjoy the greatest pleasure from cooking and designing. Cooking can be very serious but also can be fun. Everyone can choose their own cooking styles!
