Thank you everyone for the 1k subs. Will just share a quick story: ALL of my videos in this channel have been recorded with Loom & my iPhone (using free editing software - DaVinci- and no microphone).

The reason why I did this is that 8 months ago (back when I had like 200 subs), I promised my clients that I'd get to 1k subs without any equipment or ninja-hacking SEO optimization... just pure and raw value... and we did.

(And in case you were wondering, yes, I had a business before starting on Youtube lol)

The second image was when I recorded version 2.0 of ROI Land's e-learning material in July and I was at 800.

I can directly contribute this YT channel to over $120k in sales over the past year organically, and if you're a coach/agency, this might be your sign to get started.

Now that we're here, get ready to enjoy some more quality content from me.

I'll go straight demon time with some of the training coming next week btw πŸ§›β€β™‚οΈ

This will be the first and last post I'll make about anything related to subs/followers or any other vanity metric.

That said, to anyone who has consumed my content and found ANY joy whatsoever in it, I'm grateful for you.. and I don't give that for granted.

Combine These 3 Offer Models To Double Revenue

You pitch your DFY/agency offer to a prospect... the prospect says "no", but he's REALLY interested in working with you..

Most people say: "f*ck, another no close"...

If you're selling an agency or DFY offer, the fastest and simplest way to double your revenue is by adding a DWY/diy down-sell on top of your main offer so that prospects like that can still buy something from you, (so ultimately you get more cash, they get results, and everyone's happy).

(And if you're a savage, what you will do is build a down-sell that allows your client to solve a problem that will make it possible to buy your heavy DFY offer later down the road, bonus tip for ya'll πŸ˜‰).

For 99% people selling B2B coaching/consulting offers, it's just so OBVIOUS that you'd be better off selling a DFY service on retainers + rev share so that you can get off the client acquisition hamster-wheel month after month, WHILE at the same time, being able to apply the down-sell mentioned above.
