Born 1963 in Köln (Cologne)/Germany (now living close to Innsbruck/Austria) with a big passion for sports and movement. From an early age I started with Judo, then Soccer and finally Martial Arts. I continued to be enthusiastic about sports during my studies and work, where I also started Running and Pilates. My love for Yoga developed slowly but steadily. After my Pilates Instructor Training Certificate, I started a Yoga Teacher Trainer Course, because I simply wanted to delve deeper into yoga. After I finished my Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, I integrated more and more yoga exercises in and around my running workout. Yoga and running are great complementary areas of movement, that can benefit from each other and these benefits I want to show you on my channel.
