Hi, and welcome to Better Today with me, Jason Cruz! :)
As a young leader myself who's still learning the ropes and making mistakes along the way, I started this channel as a way to share the lessons I've learned both in life and at work. Our generation has its own unique struggles but what I believe connects us is our deep desire to be better versions of ourselves every day. I want this channel to be a space where young leaders can find work-life inspiration.
I won't have all the answers to your unique set of challenges, but perhaps one of these videos can answer one (or a few) of your questions.
