My formally young sons and daughters are now becoming adults. Congratulations to my son and brother Pastor Oche Ogebe and my daughter Min. Queen Jonah as they begin their journey into becoming a family.

From Christ To Santa đ¤ś
They want the celebration but not the Christ. So, they strip away His name and replace it with Santa Clausâa figure whose roots are far removed from the sacred meaning of Christmas. "Claus," symbolizing the "victory of the people," becomes a hollow distraction. The focus shifts from the gift of God, which is Christ Himself, to mere gifts from men, inspired by the gods of materialism and selfishness.
The world is changing rapidly, and the line that once separated the sacred from the profane has all but vanished. A generation has been re-educatedâits values subtly rewrittenânot through parents or faith, but through western media, Hollywood, and an endless barrage of programming. The screen has replaced the home as the primary educator. Parentsâ voices are drowned out by smartphones, which do not ask for permission before exposing young, impressionable minds to worldly ideologies.
What we now call "wokeness" has reached a level of rebellion and disobedience that is staggering. In both moral character and spiritual practice, the western world has set itself up as an exampleâbut it is far from a good one. How can anyone truly celebrate the Holy without being holy themselves?
Instead of honoring Christ, they exalt Santa. Instead of observing Passover, they chase after Easter bunnies. The sacred is constantly exchanged for the secular.
And whatâs more alarming is that this is only done to Christianity. No other religion faces this level of trivialization and distortion. The real irony? Those who pioneer these errors often call themselves Christians. What a shame.
But these are just my thoughts, spoken from a heart that grieves the erosion of what is sacred. Where do we go from here?

I wonder what fruit of the Spirit our Master displayed when He fashioned a whip out of cords and drove out the money changers and those who sold doves in the house of God. I wonder what fruit of the Spirit He manifested when He boldly called Herod a fox after hearing of his threats to kill Him.
Oh, soft generation, do not confuse zeal for the Fatherâs house with bitterness, malice, pride, or hate. Yes, we are bitter when the Lordâs house is treated with contempt. Yes, we are proud because we refuse to give holy things to those who lack reverence for what is sacred. Yes, we are angry because we will not stand by while the assembly of God is dishonored and treated with less dignity than secular gatherings.
When we go into the streets to win souls, we endure because we are scattering seeds of the Word, sharing it with those who do not yet know Him. But when we gather in the name of the Lord, we must honor His presence, for He has already told us that He is in our midst.
If this offends you, then perhaps our gatherings are not for you.
