Originally formed in 1981 as 'The Word', the band successfully relaunched as Hamburg Beat, specialising in capturing the raw rock 'n' roll energy of the Hamburg beat club scene between 1960 - 1962.
Based in the City of Lincoln UK, Hamburg Beat play to wildly appreciative audiences across the UK and abroad, including high profile overseas Beatles festivals.
