I have always loved observing nature and in general living mindfully and not on automatics. I find myself enjoying not only hiking and cycling in nature, but also the way to run errands and the way to work because it amazes me to see what's on the way, what's here and now, sunsets, insects, flowers, ant caravans and more. Understand that we are all one fabric that depends on each other and look at these lovely creatures at eye level with appreciation for them.
