Yep, it’s real. John Cena’s heel 2025 titantron was added in Patch 1.13 as part of a future MyFaction persona card. The files (Titantron.bk2, Stage.bk2, etc.) are located inside the 1372_JOHN_CENA_HEEL_2025 folder in bakedfile90.cak. It’s not playable yet, but the data is in the game.
