I can understand the pain and loneliness of living with a judgmental monologue. We have this inner voice in our head that is guiding us in the wrong direction if we don't know how to communicate with it. On top of growing up in a conservative household, I developed PTSD after my accident and would have multiple severe panic attacks every single day. After lots of reading, meditation and courses, I was able to reunite with my old self to heal and then grow. Now, my purpose is to guide others to embrace self worth and self love by building a healthier relationship with yourself.
