so i turned my head for a second and came back to 10,000 SUBSCRIBERS. thank you SO MUCH to all of you who have enjoyed my stuff enough to follow me, it means a lot. i'd like to do a celebration/thank you vid for y'all but figured i'd ask what you guys would be interested in. i mainly just make whatever i'm into in the moment but for 10,000 of you, i'll make an exception.

long time no see! i finally fixed (hopefully) the link on my last kaguya dub video, so check it out if you weren't able to before! sorry it took me so long to realize, i haven't been monitoring the channel and comments as frequently or as thoroughly as i used to

hi friends. I know it's been a while but I swear I'm still trying to get the latest kaguya video out. copyright hit hard and I think I've tried to upload it at least ten times now. Then of course Life™ happened to me and has since been kicking me in the nards repeatedly.
I'm coming out the other side now though so I am gonna try and get it up (permanently) soon. If youtube copyright can get off my case. I have a bunch of other videos in the reserves that I want to upload too, but I don't want to put them out until this ones taken care of.

So I am working on getting the latest kaguya video back up. It may eventually be that I post a very edited-down version on here and link off to the full one so people can still see all of it. It should be up sometime this weekend.
With that being said, I've been thinking of dedicating time to original content. Potentially reviews of some kind or I'd even be into doing a video essay-type deal on the idea of "sub v. dub." If I'm going to spend hours working on videos I would like to be fairly sure that they won't just be taken down as soon as they're uploaded and it seems like that may be more of a common occurrence. This isn't the first time I've dealt with this either.
Would that be something yall would be into, and if so are there certain things/topics you'd be interested in me exploring? I know that's tough since you have nothing to reference yet, but I'm just curious. At the end of the day I want to make stuff that I would both enjoy creating and watching myself, so I hope I can continue to do that.
Thanks to everyone who has been waiting patiently for videos from me and are now even re-watching as I problem solve and attempt to re-upload. I appreciate you immensely.

So I mentioned it on my twitter, but my computer died. Like, for good. I think I'll still be able to put out the next video I had planned by hopefully extracting the data, but beyond that I really don't know when I'll be able to edit again.
I'm more broken up about not being able to edit right now and the other videos in progress that were lost than the actual computer. It was VERY old, honestly kind of hard to work with, and I was hoping to replace it eventually anyway. I just don't really have the means to replace it right now, so it's just like, extra inconvenient timing.
I'll keep y'all updated if I can, and hopefully maybe find other means to work on little projects in the meantime. Stay well folks, have a good week :)

Here it comes...
Obviously there won't be a video until about half of the season is released, and we're only on the first episode, but . . . soon. Very soon.
You can also expect maybe a video or two to come out in the meantime, so stay tuned. And I'm REALLY going to try utilizing my twitter more for updates and things like that (sorry, i'm not really a social media person) - so follow me @the_emvp on twitter for that. Also there's memes and art!

Thank you so much for 4,000 subscribers! My last kaguya dub video also just recently reached 1 million views which is insane, and so surreal. Thank you again to everyone that has watched, liked, subscribed - it means a lot to me to know y'all like what I do. I've been moving recently so haven't been posting as much as I wanted, but I'm almost done and I can't wait to get back to it. Thank you all so much again, and I look forward to whatever I do next! <3
