Ask Parazar where she got her alias, and she'll tell you it's her genesis: initially interested in humor, she found herself in the studio to record a song to support this project, felt she belonged there and decided to change course - by chance, and a testament to her propensity for making decisions on the spur of the moment. A versatile MC, capable of rapping in the verses as well as singing in the choruses, the Montreal rapper with Algerian roots has been busy since Epiphany developing tracks combining hip-hop, house and raï, supported by her accomplice Fifo. She made her mark in early 2021 with her first EP, C'est live, and since then, things have been booming: signed to Bravo musique, nominated as one of the Révélations Radio-Canada 2023, semi-finalist at the 27th Francouvertes...and she opened for hip-hop trio Cypress Hill at the FEQ in July 2023!
