You First was started in Central London by Personal Trainer, Natalie Holmes, to help people on their journey to better health through in person and online training and nutrition coaching.
Born from the realisation that so many people let the stresses and responsibilities of everyday life take priority over their own well-being, You First aims help people realise that failure to find time to put themselves first now, will only result in them having to make time for sickness later. By sacrificing a little bit of time to work on your self, you will feel like you have added hours to each day from the many benefits that come from a healthier lifestyle, which include; increased energy levels, efficiency, focus, elevated mood and the ability to move easier.
