So in my San Gennaro NYC 2023 video, I asked about this ride as I had never seen it before. Mystery solved as it's a kiddie Miami style ride manufactured by Ital-Resina. Apparently there was one at the IAAPA Expo this year.

Rode past Corpus Christi church again this week. Would barely even know a carnival was running the night before.
