MindfulRunning focuses on running mindfully and with the right form enabling efficient and injury free running. My running experience kicked off out of enjoyment and hobby. While practicing for various runs, I suffered from injuries which made me take a break from running for a few months. That’s when ChiRunning came to my rescue. I felt the need to learn and experience ChiRunning which emphasizes on running form which enables efficient and injury free running. I had the privilege to get trained and get certified as a ChiRunning Instructor by none other than the founder himself, Danny Dreyer. My ChiRunning learning journey has been phenomenal and has a lot to offer to runners and walkers at all stages of their running, walking and in their lifestyle. I would love to see a world of injury free and efficient runners who enjoy their runs effortlessly no matter what distance or event.
