Barclay Brass fans have likely listened to our arrangement of Glinka's Overture to "Ruslan and Ludmila." But did you know how this arrangement came to be? David Miller discussed his quest to find the best publication to use for his brass arrangement in an interview with Marilyn Cooley broadcast by Washington DC's radio station Classical WETA. His research led him to create a critical edition from the earliest surviving manuscript that was premiered by The Philadelphia Orchestra in 2010. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ofsdq...

A Christmas gift for our fans! In just under an hour, we are premiering our version of Emerson, Lake & Palmer's "Jerusalem" from our 2023 Christmas concert. Keith Emerson was a musician that inspired untold thousands with his approach to composition and arrangement as the keyboardist of ELP. This is our tribute to his blending of classical and rock music. #IBelieveInFatherChristmas

Christmas Time is here! This playlist is primarily taken from our 2023 Christmas concert. We created a Musical Nativity Scene by performing pieces associated with aspects of the classical scene at the stable, since there was "no room at the Inn." Please enjoy our musical tribute to the Christmas Season!
