Have you tried out the Customizations features in Dev Box yet? Or are you sticking with custom images?

Hey! Have you heard about Azure Arc? Or even Azure Stack HCI? Well, they are both awesome tools. And if you want to learn by doing there is no faster or easier way than to make use of the Jumpstart stuff from Microsoft. Check this video to learn more 👍
