This is the channel of the National Natural Hygienistic Cultural Association, A.C.N.I.N., founded in 1984 by Luigi Costacurta and other patients who recovered and then maintained in good health their vital strength, thanks to the natural medicine of Lezaeta and Costacurta. We teach the first level of intervention in case of health imbalance, that is how to use the agents of nature: air, water, sun, earth, food, movement and rest. Why a cultural association on the subject of health self-care? Because we are convinced that the Culture of Health, Naturohygienism, is a knowledge that should be part of a person's general culture.
