In case you aren't aware, I am an affiliate with Bread Beckers. Because of this, I earn a commission when someone orders something from Bread Beckers with my link. (I have pledged to give half of these earnings as a way to pay it forward. The other goes toward helping me build a strong channel for my viewers.)
With much gratitude, I was able to give a $150 donation to an organization that is working to help give everyone access to clean drinking water in Africa.
I'll include a link to this organization in case you want to take a look at it.
Also, if you need to purchase your Ankarsrum or anything else kitchen related, I would be most grateful if you will use my link to order. I'll add this to the comments.

I'm not a fan of late night bakes but sometimes that is the only way to get it done. Pun not intended. π

I made French bread sub rolls and homemade meatballs for our evening meal tonight. My son had this type sub last week at a local restaurant so I decided to attempt it at home. He told me it was just like the one he had eaten at the restaurant. From the picky child, this is a compliment. Easy and healthy. π

The bread that I put in the glass pans in my pullman video.....I sliced into one of those loaves this morning and had to take a picture because it was that pretty. It is basically all gone now.....

At the end of July we incubated chicken eggs and hatched out a bunch of chicks. These chickens are finally laying eggs....they are small but at least we are finally able to gather eggs. π₯π₯

Don't forget you can make, freeze, rise, bake, and then eat cinnamon rolls for the Christmas season. Prep in advance to have an easy treat when needed. These are great for the family, as gifts, or even a fundraiser. Merry Christmas. πhttps://youtu.be/PTZ1vnObWaA

Hey there, Friend,
The past few times I have made muffins for my kids, the chocolate chip banana muffins, I have added protein powder. Yes, the kind that you use for a protein shake. Why? My kids need more protein, especially my oldest who is involved in football. The most I have added is two scoops, which the powder I have only gives an additional 20g of protein per one dozen muffins....so it isn't a lot but I figure every bit helps. And, the kids haven't even noticed the change. If you need more protein, try adding protein powder to your muffins or whatever it is you are making / baking. I hope it works for you as well as it has worked for us.
If you have had success with adding protein powder to your baked goods, please share with me. I'd love to learn from you.
I hope you have a great week,
Tracy

Hi Friend, Thank you for stopping by. My name is Tracy and I am a wife, mom, and I also work full time. My family is involved in extra curricular activities of all kinds in addition to being involved with our church. Life is 100% busy but despite this, I still make time to prepare freshly milled wheat foods for my family. Join me as I share with you about making and baking with fresh wheat. Don't worry, you don't have to be an expert. Beginners welcome as I, too, was once a beginner.
From time to time, I'll also share videos that have nothing to do with wheat because.....sharing life tips and adventures is always fun.
Thank you for visiting my channel. I sincerely hope you enjoy it and I look forward to hearing from you in the comments.
Sincerely,
Tracy
