Hey friends, it’s been a wild few weeks. I was hospitalized for Crohn’s disease and today I just started my next treatment adventure. I was diagnosed in 2012, but I’ve been off medication for 6 years. I was controlling most of my daily symptoms with diet and exercise, but my blood work showed that the inflammation was still progressing, and it finally caught up with me. The good news is that I didn’t need surgery this time, and also that Crohn’s treatment has come a long way since I was last in the loop. It will be an adjustment to be back on medication, but I have an awesome wife, a new medical team with amazing new tools, and my Heavenly Father all taking great care of me.

Big news!
We're going to have our first Zoom meeting for our online community on Wednesday, December 22, 2021.
Zach and I will have the meeting open from 2pm - 6pm CDT. I hope this window is big enough so that those of you in other countries can find a good time to stop by.
Some of our local friends will be dropping in throughout the meeting. Our goal is to get to know you, and talk about whatever you would like to discuss.

Hey everyone, last weekend we made it to 1,000 subscribers!
To be honest that was my big goal with this channel, so thank you so much for being part of what we're doing. I broke all the YouTube rules (difficult spiritual content, long videos, an irregular post schedule, etc.) so the only reason we're here at all is because of you.
A quick update: I'm working on some new content and a clearer direction for 2021 that you won't want to miss. If you're wondering what happened to Prayer Lab, that question will be answered soon.
