Dough Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 50g sugar
- 50g melted butter
- 18g salt
- 25g fresh yeast
- 450ml warm full cream milk
- 750g 00 flour
- 10g baking powder
Instructions:
1. Combine Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, add the eggs, sugar, melted butter, salt, fresh yeast, and warm milk.
- Add the 00 flour and baking powder to the bag.
2. Mix Dough:
- Mix it thoroughly to combine all ingredients until a consistent dough forms.
3. First Rest:
- Let the dough rest for 1-2 hours at room temperature.
4. Form Dough Balls:
- After resting, remove the dough from the bowl and divide it into four equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a ball.
5. Second Rest:
- Place the dough balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Allow them to rest for an additional 20 minutes.
6. Prepare for Baking:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Brush each dough ball with a mixture of milk and egg wash.
7. Bake:
- Bake the dough balls in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Cool and Serve:
- Allow the baked dough to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your homemade bread!
Burger Special Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
- 200g whole egg mayonnaise
- 30g mustard
- 50g ketchup
- 10g sugar
- 15ml apple cider vinegar
- 3g salt
- 1g pepper
- 2 finely chopped sweet and sour pickles
Instructions:
1. Combine Ingredients:
- In a medium-sized bowl, add the mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
2. Add Pickles:
- Finely chop the sweet and sour pickles and add them to the bowl.
3. Mix Well:
- Stir all ingredients together until well combined and smooth.
4. Chill and Serve:
- For best results, refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Use as a special sauce for burgers, sandwiches, or as a dip. Enjoy!

### Guinness Beef Meat Pie Recipe
**Ingredients:**
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 sticks of celery, diced
- 1 whole onions, diced
- 1 kg chuck steak, cubed
- 500 ml beef broth
- 100 g salted butter
- 1 can (430 ml) Guinness stout
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 sheet of shortcrust pastry
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Nutmeg, to taste
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Vegetable oil (for greasing)
**Instructions:**
1. **Brown the Meat:**
- In a large pan, brown the cubed chuck steak over medium-high heat. Once browned, set aside.
2. **Cook the Vegetables:**
- In the same pan, melt the butter and add the diced onions, carrots, and celery. Sauté until they are browned.
- Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste.
3. **Prepare the Filling:**
- Once the vegetables are browned, add the beef broth and the entire can of Guinness stout.
- Add the browned meat back into the pan.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of corn flour to help thicken the mixture.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the meat falls apart.
4. **Cool the Filling:**
- Once the meat is tender and the filling is thickened, set it aside to cool.
5. **Prepare the Pie:**
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease your chosen baking dish with vegetable oil.
- Line the dish with the sheet of shortcrust pastry, pressing it firmly into the corners and sides.
6. **Fill the Pie:**
- Add the cooled meat mixture into the lined baking dish, ensuring the gravy level is just above the tray line.
7. **Top with Puff Pastry:**
- Cover the pie with the sheet of puff pastry, pressing the edges to seal.
- Pierce the top of the pastry with a knife or fork to allow steam to escape.
- Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.
8. **Bake the Pie:**
- Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and crisp.
9. **Rest and Serve:**
- Once removed from the oven, let the pie stand for 30 minutes to allow the filling to set.
- Slice and enjoy your hearty Guinness beef meat pie!
