Hi there , I’m Susan and I learned the value of eating well and getting ahead while recovering from head injury. I now have a nutrition degree and am an NHS-trained Mindfulness Teacher. My mission is to help you save time & get some calm in the kitchen, by making good use of Instant Pot and kitchen gadgets to help you eat well.
I'm mainly cooking for one or two, Mediterranean Diet style, mostly organic, some meat, some fish, some chicken, more and more ‘plants forward’ and always from scratch.
