As of recently there has been a huge trend around Youtube automation with the number of AI tools available to mazimize the speed at which you make content, and as a result, I feel like content creation will split into different business models the same way restaurants do. Infact, I already see it within the niche of educational documentary content. We have creators like @TejasHullur, who operate like luxury dining restaurants and on the opposite end random AI based channels that operate like fast food restaurants.
Fast food type channels post multiple videos a day and try to automate the process as much as possible. The have their scripts be made by Chat GPT, image generation tools make their visuals, AI generated audio for the voice over. Luxury restaurant type channels on the other hand maybe post once a week or less, but put a lot more effort into their content, writing and editing scripts with their own thought that and only using Chat GPT as an assistant rather than a writer, recording their own voices and making their own visuals, and at the end in post production maybe using AI to make graphics and captions that make the video come out more polished.
On the side of generating revenue, fast food type channels will generate their revenue off ads with low CPM's, as their real focus is to get as many views as possible. Luxury restaurant channels on the other hand will care more about engagement then views, and aim to make their revenue of building an audience through which they could go the route of receiving brand deals or the route of selling their own products.

Youtubers are defining the future and changing the way business is done today. They understand the role that storytelling plays in marketing and are also hard working enough to beat field professionals.
Jimmy Donaldson is killing it with MrBeast Burger, where he is slowly redefining the world of fast food. He is also killing it in content with his MrBeast channel redefining the world of game shows, and last of all is also changing the food and beverage industry with Feastables.
The NELK boys are doing even better, without even having 10 million subscribers on YouTube. John Shahidi is killing it with managing the Full Send brand and expanding it by giving it a cultural image amongst college students.
And last of all, we have KSI doing more than anybody else in the game and even then continuing to dominate. He started off playing the sports video game FIFA by Electronic Arts (EA), and then became a boxer who redefined the world of the sport with MisFits Boxing that will soon launch their own sports video game.
Along with his friends, he also has been able to launch Sidemen Clothing Ltd and the restaurant Sides. And last of all, KSI and Logan Paul have worked to launch PRIME, a hydration drink that is competing with industry giant, Gatorade bolt.
