Hi,
My nickname is a way of paying tribute to Thomas Alva Edison, brillant inventor with a thousand patents!
I started with dad's harmonica diatonic at 6, then grandma's guitar at 10, then mom's organ at 12, Beethoven and the symphonic orchestra at 13. Two years of classical guitar at 15. The rock band at 17 years old, then Klaus Schulze.
Study of French song and the Korg MS20 at 24. At 30, i had worked for semi-wholesale musical instrument store for 3 years, and bought Yamaha SY77, played blues harmonica at 31, and chromatic jazz/latin harmonica at 38 years old. Then concerts, recording of an album, teaching for 10 years, personnal studies in musicology, MAO and composition for 4 years. At 40, 2 years at the Conservatory. Finally in 2013 the creation of my homestudio for 11 years. So you can easily conclude that I am 64 years old.. in 2025!?
