YOUTUBE
I create video tutorials on Copilot and Power Automate. YouTube shows ads on the videos and shares the revenue. In May, it was $1454.
LIVE TRAINING
Companies book us for workshops in Copilot and Power Automate. They already "know" me from YouTube, so the sales process is short. $0 spent on marketing. $45,225 earned from live workshops in May. Do you sell your knowledge? Then, show your work on YouTube.
E-LEARNING
Our Microsoft Copilot 365 online course went live. Seventy-eight bite-sized lessons about how to use the most hyped AI software. May sales: $7,851.
CONSULTING
Buy an hour of problem-solving. 10 hours sold = $2,151.
TOTAL
May earnings: $56,681. Yearly total: $228,962. My salary was $7,651 ($38,186), the rest is invested in the company.

I did a one-hour live build directly in Copilot, explaining everything. Live builds are fun but also super challenging for me. It's one hour where everything can go wrong.

Power Automate Desktop version 2.45 includes AI agents ๐ฒ๐
Want to automate? Turn on the multi-modal AI recording and either:
- Show the steps of your process
- Describe it with everyday words
- Talk to the recorder with your microphone
Or better: Combine all three. Then, AI will generate a script that represents the task.
These AI flows are validated and reviewed regularly, ensuring continuous improvement, including self-healing selectors.
Microsoft gave me early access today. I'm not allowed to share anything yet. Forget previous recorders and LLM helpers: This will be HUGE.
No technical background required. Soon, every Windows user will have access to this.

I'm happy to announce that I had my first day as the Microsoft Copilot 365 instructor at Dansk IT. Here's how it went:
7:45 am - Arrive at Dansk IT for a video interview with the marketing department.
8:15 am - Welcoming the participants as they show up. A few well-known faces. Some traveled many hours and spent a night in a hotel to attend. No pressure, Anders.
9:00 am - The course starts, and I introduce the day. I have a few rules: Each lesson starts on time, and no questions are too stupid.
9:25 am - First break. Throughout the day, I use the Pomodoro method = five-minute break every half hour.
9:30 am - Hands-on exercises with the participants and Copilot 365 Chat, which is ChatGPT with your company data. We complete each exercise as a team.
12:15 pm - 35 min break. A fantastic lunch prepared by the kitchen. As an instructor, I have no breaks, as I'm also available for questions and comments. No complaints, but a nice way to ensure the course is "on track" and everyone understands.
12:40 pm - Exercises with the built-in Copilot AI assistant in the Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
4:00 pm - Course ends. Answering additional questions from some of the participants.
4:25 pm - Goodbye. My head is exploding after an intense day with 7 hours of live-build and teaching in Copilot 365 ends. Back to my family.
