Iโm Anders, owner of a small RPA and AI training company.
Our Google Business Profile helps people find us. In October, I updated our address after moving offices.
And then hell broke loose.
Google flagged it as a fake address, deleting our profile and all โญโญโญโญโญ-star reviews.
Weโre back after sending Google numerous verification videos and utility bills. But the reviews are permanently lost ๐

To create a company.
Our main mission was freedom and more time as a family.
To us, freedom means independence. So, we funded the business ourselves. No loans, no investors.
We took a significant pay cut compared to our regular jobs. Dropping from $21,000 to $8,000 monthly. This way, we โburnedโ money at the start of our company.
Not anymore. We just had our best month ever ๐ฅณ
Status for September 2024:
YOUTUBE
We create free AI and automation tutorials. Ads on our videos generated $1,189 in September. Most importantly, weโre helping people worldwide.
LIVE TRAINING
Companies book us for Copilot and Power Automate workshops. Many know us from YouTube. This shortens the sales process. We earned $67,213 from live seminars in September.
E-LEARNING
We sell online courses with lifetime access for $50 each. Total revenue in September: $6,027.
CONSULTING
Buy an hour of problem-solving in Power Automate, Copilot, or OpenAI. 30 hours sold, totaling $4,361.
TOTAL
September earnings: $78,790. Yearly total: $398,546. My paycheck is in the comments.

The goal was to create a profitable company from day one. To save rent, our office was in the basement of our house.
Not anymore. We moved into a nice office ๐
The benefits are many:
- Focus. We don't have to do laundry in the middle of a workday.
- Meetings. Rooms are available to rent on an hourly basis.
- Nature. The forest is just outside the windows.
- Lunch. Down the stairs is the office bistro.
- Local. Three minutes from our house.
- Workout. A dedicated fitness center.
The price is $1407 per month. Does it look familiar? It's a part of the former Microsoft headquarters in Denmark.
August 2024 financial update:
YOUTUBE
We create free video tutorials in AI and automation. YouTube shows ads on the videos and shares the revenue. In August, it was $1,419. Not much, but an income stream. And more importantly: We help people worldwide.
LIVE TRAINING
Companies book us for workshops in Copilot and Power Automate. They already "know" us from YouTube, so the sales process is short. $38,156 earned from live seminars in August.
E-LEARNING
We create online courses and sell lifetime access to them for $50. The category total in August was $3,708.
CONSULTING
Buy an hour of problem-solving in Power Automate, UiPath, or OpenAI. Twenty hours sold: $4,497.
TOTAL
August earnings: $47,782. Yearly total: $328,593. My paycheck is in the comments.

Power Automate Desktop makes API calls easy.
API calls efficiently transfer data between systems, outperforming the slower, less reliable UI automation.
Key actions are:
INVOKE WEB SERVICE
Use the API's documentation for parameters. Key output variables are %WebServiceResponse%, which stores the API's response in a JSON/XML format, and %StatusCode%, which tells if the call was successful or had an error.
CONVERT JSON TO CUSTOM OBJECT
Convert the JSON output to a Custom Object (a dictionary) for easy data extraction.

Dream came true.
Life on stage with my wife ๐
We gave a keynote at the Computerworld AI & Cloud Festival.
A 30-minute Microsoft Copilot 365 demonstration. No slides; all hands-on work live on stage.
Beforehand, we had everything planned down to the second. I changed the script slightly during the session, as Copilot obstructed in advanced Excel.
It went well.

Not the traditional stressful start-up company. We wanted freedom and more time as a family.
Therefore, our priorities were 34-hour workweeks, retirement savings, a stable paycheck from day one, and seven weeks of vacation.
(And knowing we wouldn't become the next Amazon.)
Here is our 31th monthly status:
No one wants workshops in July - our customers are on vacation. We did the same. Three weeks of relaxation and theme park visits in Denmark and Sweden. Batteries recharged.
As a result, our sales numbers are lower than usual:

Buy an hour of problem-solving in Power Automate, UiPath, or OpenAI. 10 hours sold = $2,243
TOTAL
July earnings: $10,040. Yearly total: $280,811. We receive $15,460 in salary (2 x $7,730). The rest is spent on expenses, community sponsorships, investments, and EOY dividends.

Can we sell e-learning without a subscription model?
In 2024, we launched our online course universe. Everyone advised us to offer subscriptions to maximize profit.
I love money. But it didn't feel right:
1. I hate subscriptions myself. I feel stupid when I find a subscription I haven't used and forgotten about. Money in the drain.
2. A part of our community is from less wealthy countries. Expensive subscriptions would make it impossible for them to join.
So, instead, we made our e-learning free of subscriptions. Pay $50 and get lifetime access to all courses and materials. When new courses arrive, you automatically get them.
Our new model also includes an early bird feature. While lifetime access will never be cheaper than $50, the price will increase. This means the best time to buy is now to secure the lowest price.
FINANCIAL STATUS OF OUR ONLINE COURSES
After three months, the sales are $17,275. I'm happy about it, as all marketing was two LinkedIn posts.
