After having been on quite the rollercoaster of weight-loss, a theme park could name a ride after me, I am refiring my health, weight and happiness.
Basic history:
2000 - 85kg - but started increasing.
2015 - 125kg - huge increase over the years ignoring the many warning signs.
2018 - 89.7kg - I had really sorted myself out and was feeling great.
2022/23 - 115kg - 121.kg - let things slip again, I was really foolish.
2024 - 111.5kg - sorting myself out again (again....again....again) and feeling much better about things now.
2025 - 01.04.25 - 114.6kg - Enough is enough is enough is enough. Once and for all!!!!
