Hello everyone! Golden army fitness is a health and wellness company that was created in New York City 9/20/2021. We focus on four main tenets which are physical fitness, meditation, wellness and nutrition. We pride ourselves in taking a very inovative approach in all our activites. With one on one personal training in person or on zoom , each community member will get the attention they deserve.
