Welcome to Running on the Mind. I've created this channel specifically to link the scientifically proven benefits of Physical activity and in particular, Running, and dealing with stress, trauma, illness and other challenges that we face on our journey around the sun. I believe mindset plays a huge part in finding inner peace, helping us push through barriers to achieve things which we never thought possible.
I hope in time this channel will be the basis of a community of like minded people who want to help others by sharing experiences and thoughts on dealing with various topics from addiction, self doubt, illness and many other traumatic situations. If you'd like to run with me and share your story I'd love to arrange that.
I occasionally do reviews of products that I think people will learn from, mainly for the purpose of running as well as photography and video.
