Goals are not hoping and wishing for something special.
•You can wish for govt job.
•You can wish for your dream car.
But it won’t happen if you don’t have plan how to reach these goals.
Goals will take effort, discipline and focus. You have to learn how to suffer for your goals.

There are a lot of things that you should know about being an exam aspirant. Many of them you’ll understand slowly through your preparation journey.
Solving the previous year’s question papers should be the initial step
Practicing previous year’s papers is not only the best way to get familiar with the examination pattern for Banking, but it will also give you an in-depth idea of the type of questions that are frequently asked in the Banking exam. You should practice and strengthen them to boost your score and save time in the exam.
Here’s why you must solve PYQs during Banking preparation:
Practicing with the previous year's papers/Questions will help you a lot in understanding the type of questions asked in the Banking examinations and the topics you need to focus on.
If you’re lucky enough, you may find some repeated questions from the Banking previous year’s papers with slight modifications. If you’ve practiced those questions, you’ll be able to solve these questions easily in your actual exam.
Dealing with the previous year's questions will help you understand the weightage of each topic asked in the Banking exam and which will help you to prepare your study plan accordingly.
Solving previous year's question papers will also help you develop a good understanding of the type of questions to be answered first and the ones to be kept for later.
Practice and evaluation of the performance through mock tests should be consistent
You cannot simply complete the syllabus or PYQs and expect a joining letter in your hand. You need to practice, A LOT! Whatever you do in practice is what you will do in a competition. If you want to perform technically and tactically well in competitions, you better get that technique and those tactics down in practice first.
Mock tests and their analysis helped lot duringL preparation. Through mocks, you can easily able to point out weak areas. Then work worked on small mistakes, conceptual betterment, speed, efficient solutions, accuracy, natural pace in exams, time allocation, question selection, and better reading and comprehension.
You can buy any good and updated mock test series based on the latest examination pattern.. It will help you a lot in pinpointing your weak areas and working on them. Go as per the following steps to get the most out of your mocks:
Figure out the best time to take the mock test when there are no distractions. You should efficiently be able to attempt the mock with a fresh mind giving your 100% to it.
Attempt the complete test in a go. DO NOT pause the test in between whatever may be the reason.
Just after taking the test, take 10 minutes break, and then go through the analysis part.
It is extremely important for you to analyze the mock test the same day you attempt it. This is because you’ll able to recall the thought process you went through while attempting it. You will be able to answer why you incorrectly attempted a certain question. Whether it was a silly mistake or is there some snag with your basic concepts.
Keep a note of the topics where you constantly score low and practice them through the topics tests.
Maintain consistency in taking mocks, and keep analyzing the improvement in your performance through them.
Increase your calculation speed
Certain topics in the Banking examination are complex and calculative. Once you get stuck on those topics, you’ll not be able to attempt the easy ones too. You need to work on your speed and question selection to attempt the maximum number of questions accurately within the given time.
You can save an ample amount of time for tricky questions by using faster calculation methods and short-tricks. Go through the following strategy to increase your calculation speed for the quant section of the examination :
Learn the Multiplication Tables from 1 to 30, Squares up to 30 & cubes up to 20. This will help you to improve your calculation speed and attempt more questions in the saved time.
NEVER use a calculator during your preparation and mock tests.
Try to minimize the use of pen and paper and train your mind to mentally deal with the questions.
Learn the important formulae and identities by heart and avoid deriving them during the exam.
Develop your own short tricks and use them during your preparation to have a good hold over them.
Smartly attempt the question paper
Attempting the question paper smartly is an art you need to master before reaching the examination hall. To be able to handle the pressure and the challenges that the examination is going to throw at you, you need to develop an approach. As per my experience, the below-mentioned tips will help you a lot in doing some smart work during your exam:
Take an overview of the question paper to understand the level of your shift and strategize to manage your time accordingly.
Always attempt the easy questions first, and then move on to the tricky ones. This will ensure that you’re not missing any question you’re well aware of and also boost your confidence for the challenging questions.
Avoid guesswork. There is a negative marking for each incorrect answer in the exam. So while trying to score more, you’ll end up losing your positive marks as well.
Use the elimination technique for the English Language sections. Like in antonym-synonyms, you will find three options having similar meanings. You eliminate them and go ahead with the correct answer.
Master the art of skipping. Do not take any of the questions to your ego. Getting hooked up with a question can be a huge risk. If you are unable to solve any question in the first go, mark it and move on to the next question without wasting a second. Once you are done with all the easy questions, move on to the marked ones.

You have absolutely no obligation to explain yourself to people who don't want you to win.
People’s opinions, doubts, and judgments are reflections of their own limitations, not your worth or potential.
Energy spent defending your choices to those who don’t support your growth is energy stolen from your progress.
Focus on your path, trust your vision, and let your results speak louder than any explanation ever could.
Energy spent justifying yourself to doubters is energy stolen from building yourself.
Focus on your goals, not external validation.
Your energy's better spent elsewhere.
Nobody gets to dictate your success or your story.
Those who don't want you to win aren't worth your time.
Keep moving forward—your vision matters.
Explaining is spending.
Every minute you spend defending your mission to a critic is a minute you could have spent executing.
You don't owe an explanation to anyone who doesn't fund, build, or believe in the mission.
Protect the clock and the output.
your energy is too valuable to waste on proving yourself to the wrong audience. Just keep moving forward and let your results do the talking.Your energy is precious so no point wasting it defending choices to critics who can’t see your vision. Focus on your path, your growth and let your success speak for itself.Explaining yourself to haters is like pouring water into a leaking bucket. Save your energy for people who actually root for you.
You owe zero explanations to people who don’t want you to win.
Move in silence and let results speak.

Discipline looks boring until you see what it builds
Discipline is dull in the moment because it strips away comfort and pleasure.
But behind that boredom is the body you dream of, the bank balance you pray for, and the freedom everyone else envies.
Lazy men laugh at routines, but those same routines create kings.
What looks boring today will make you untouchable tomorrow.
Discipline is the invisible muscle that builds kings while everyone else chases shortcuts.
It doesn’t feel exciting, it feels uncomfortable, repetitive, and sometimes lonely.
The man who embraces it chooses long-term results over temporary pleasure.
Every early morning, every skipped party, every extra hour of work compounds into power.
Boring choices today create explosive outcomes tomorrow.
The world admires success, but it rarely sees the monotonous grind behind it.
Temptations will laugh at you, comfort will beg you to stop, and doubt will whisper that you are wasting time.
A disciplined man listens to none of it because he knows where he is headed.
Consistency builds reputation, wealth, and confidence that no shortcut can match.
Small victories stacked daily create mountains that once seemed impossible.
Excitement comes later, after the work is done, not before.
Discipline isn’t glamorous, but it separates boys from men.
It teaches patience, resilience, and self-control in a world addicted to instant gratification.
If you embrace the boring, you gain control of your life, your mind, and your destiny.
Your future self will look back and thank the man who endured the grind when it felt pointless.
Boring today means unstoppable tomorrow.
Every disciplined act is a seed planted that grows into legacy, power, and respect.
The strongest men are invisible during the grind and untouchable when the results arrive.
Learn to love the boring, for it is the forge of greatness.
Discipline means doing what needs to be done, even when you don’t feel like it.
It’s showing up consistently, resisting instant gratification, and prioritizing long-term results over short-term comfort. It turns ambition into action and effort into habit.
Discipline isn’t supposed to feel exciting it’s supposed to feel repetitive, uncomfortable, and dull.
But that’s exactly why most people never taste greatness: they’re addicted to stimulation and too weak to commit to the grind.
What feels boring today waking up early, training, reading, showing up becomes the reason you live a life others only dream about.
The same routine that looks ordinary now will one day be the foundation of your extraordinary.
Stay locked in, because discipline always pays just not immediately.

A human downfall is rarely caused by his enemies. It’s caused by his inability to sit in a room alone, without validation, without noise, with only his thoughts. Master that silence, and no opponent can ever truly own you.
most human aren’t destroyed by war.
they’re destroyed by stillness.
they can fight enemies, but not their own thoughts.
they crave distraction because silence exposes truth.
learn to sit with the noise inside you until it quiets down.
that’s where strength is built
not in conflict, but in control.
the human who’s calm when nothing’s happening
is the one everyone fears when it does.
Stillness is where strength is proven.
Noise hides weakness, movement hides fear, but silence strips both away.
When nothing distracts you, you meet the raw truth within.
Peace comes to those who can master that war.
Conquer yourself in solitude before you conquer the world.
No phone.
No noise.
No validation.
Just his thoughts.
Most human run from silence.
The strong man learns to master it. Because when you own your mind, no opponent can ever own you.
If you always need noise, validation, or distraction… You’ll never truly know yourself.
And that makes you easy to shake. But if you can sit alone, no applause, no escape and stay grounded, you become untouchable.
Comfort with your own mind is the ultimate armor. Silence reveals strength, focus, and clarity—master it, and you’re unstoppable.
Not all is privileged to such discipline. It is attainable and possible. Self mastery and ability to detach from self antagonism , in those moments of silence you can become your enemy.

You will die, and sooner than you expect. Do not waste your days in distraction.
Life is not fair. Stop demanding justice from an indifferent universe; instead, practice justice yourself.
Most of your suffering is your own resistance to reality. Accept, and you will suffer less.
|
No one is coming to save you. You are responsible for your own becoming.
Growth demands discomfort. Choose the hard road; it is the only one that transforms you.
You will outgrow many people. Do not shrink yourself to fit their comfort.
Your ego lies to you. Humility reveals more truth than pride ever can.
Your mind is both prison and sword. Discipline determines which it will be.
You will never arrive. Stagnation is death; becoming is the law of existence.
Time is slipping through your hands right now. Nothing is more expensive than wasted hours.

Time is important , it make us learn the true meaning of life. The most important aspect of life is “TIME”. In whichever field you may belong to, student, doctor ,lawyer , engineer,…etc you must be disciplined . time teaches us how to value life and not waste it..
Time is important in our life! If time goes it never comes again, if you waste your time - one day in future you will realise that you did nothing in that particular time frame and then you will be feel regretful.
So time is very precious thing, Use it wisely. Make perfect use of your beautiful time!!
Use time to achieve your dreams, do what you feel to do! Make use of each and every opportunity!
“The trouble is, you think you have time.”
Time in this world among all other things in life are even more powerful and invaluable than money. If once precious time goes, then it goes forever and never returns; Because it always moves forward and not backwards. It is absolutely true that, if a person does not understand the importance of time, then time also does not understand the importance of that person. If we destroy our time, time will destroy us very badly. It is true that, "Time never waits for anyone." At one time, time gives only one chance, if we lose it once, then it can never be returned.
This is a wonderful thing, which has no beginning, no end. This is a very powerful thing with which objects are born, grow, decrease and destroy. There is no limit to this, so it keeps on running at its own pace. None of us can rule in time at any level of life. Neither can criticize or analyze it. Generally, they are aware of the value and importance of all times, however, many of us lose our patience in the bad times of life and start destroying the time. Time does not stop for anyone nor shows kindness to anyone.
It is said that time is money, though, from this we can not compare money with time because, if we lose money once, then it can get it again by any means, however, if we Once lost time, it can not be recovered by any means. Time is more valuable than money and all other things in the universe. Always changing time shows the unique property of nature, "Change is the law of nature." Everything in this world goes according to time. Everything in this world varies according to time, because nothing is free from time to time. People think, how long life is, however, the truth is that life is very small and we have many things to do in life. We should use every moment of our life in a proper and meaningful way, without destroying the time. Although the time always returns everyday but it is not the same time that we get. Yesterday’s time is gone and you cannot have access to future/ tomorrow's time. All you can do is live the present time and manage it effectively.
Here is a list of people who will let you know about the value of time:
If you want to know the value of a year, ask a student who failed in the boards;
You wanna know the value of a month, ask ur mother how she took care of you in her womb;
You want to know the value of a day, ask a newspaper editor, how much he has to struggle to get a single news;
You want to know the value of an hour, ask someone who has waited for someone for hrs in the bus stand;
You want to know the value of one minute, ask someone who just missed the train by 2mins;
You wanna know the value of a sec, ask someone who was saved from an accident just by a few seconds;
You wanna know the value of a microsecond, ask an athlete who couldn't get the gold medal just because of a fraction of seconds.
Do not kill time, or time will kill you.
