What kind of week did you have? It is important to keep in mind that our days and weeks will fluctuate vary- some are good and others not so good.

It always makes me feel better to talk about my tough days with a loved one. My go to people are my sister and my hubby. Who do you connect with on your hard days?

This is what self-regulation looks like! This kiddo was dis-regulated due to playing outdoors in the heat and was staring to have a meltdown. I brought him inside and gave him cold water, turned off the lights, and turned the fan on. On his own he get our weighted blanket and laid on the floor to “snuggle” with his preferred toys.

This is why co-regulation is so important. We teach it for future moments like this one right here. I’m so PROUD of this kiddo! !
