👦👧Summer Youth Classes: AGES 3-14!!

OYL YOUTH (entering Middle School)
Mon/Wed @ 10:30am
Tues/Thurs @ 5:15pm

OYL KIDS (entering Elementary)
Tues/Thurs @ 10:30am

OYL TOTS (ages 3-6)
Wednesday @ 9:00am

All classes are sold as punchcards and can be used at any time throughout the summer, so there's an option to fit every schedule!

Ask yourself - is this adding to or taking away from my health?

There are no “neutral” foods, exercises, or sleep patterns.

We are either building a bigger foundation of health to fight aging or we are deteriorating ourselves and speeding up the process.

The food in your hand right now - is it adding to your health or taking it away?

The drink in your cup?

The amount of exercise you did/didn’t do today?

Take a stand.

Choose health.

Your Health is Your Choice.
