Ikenna “Ike” Ndugba is the founder of the nonprofit arts organization '617Peak' and a co-founder of the music label 'Words Speak Life', as well as a professional basketball player 🌟 His work with 617Peak has helped to uplift the voices of the Boston youth, specifically those from minority communities, through creative expression and the arts. He’s also a multi-nominated Music Manager of the Year for his work with Words Speak Life. In 2023 and 2024, Nay Speaks and Yanna G won the BMA’s New Artist of the Year, respectively, which is a testimony to Ike’s management and the success of Words Speak Life!
