Happy Motherās Day! I know this day can stir up sadness. Since itās not always a āhappyā day for all. Whether it is grieving the lost of a child or a parent, feeling estranged from your mother, struggling in any way, shape or form.. I pray that God will protect you with his strength.
New vlog will be up next week. Due to my son not been feeling well, because of stomach flu and me being low in energy, I had to postpone the vlogs.

I thought it would be interesting to share a few of my ways to (re)connect with my inner child. I love painting, day dreaming š I always find comfort watching animation movies. Always has and always will. Iām a big fan of the oldā the āLion Kingā and also a big fan of the new āSoulā. But what I grow to love is Animeā the ākimi ni todoke (from me to you)ā, the āFrom up poppy hillā.. I do watch all the anime in their native language with subtitles of course. For some reason I feel more connected to the characters. In my video I share moreā just a few things I do to give importance to my inner child. Have a wonderful week.

While making my vision board I came across this quote. Itās funny how things can have such a different meaning in different stages in your life. This quote resonates with me because I always want to do things immediately - per yesterday! But itās wise to pause, breathe and take it one step at a time.
In Dutch we have a saying āTeveel hooi op de vork nemenā. Which literally means taking too much hay on the fork. English saying āTaking more than you can handleā. So today I wanna tell you donāt take too much hay on your fork.
