When you're juggling life and struggling to be both healthier and happier, you need to learn to balance more. It's all about putting you back in control so you still enjoy life whilst getting healthier as often as you can.
It's an antidote to the extreme and inflexible diets that we all try at some point, and a move back into a smarter lifestyle that allows you to both be in control of your life, as well as managing to tick off your health needs.
When I got a text message saying I was going to get Type 2 Diabetes in 2019 it completely shocked me into action. After 8 months I realised I'd worked out how to balance happiness, with being healthier. I felt great, was healthier and not only that I'd grown in confidence in my day-to-day life also.
