Hi all! After one full month of attempting 75 hard with a chronic condition - I've decided I won't be continuing with it. I noticed that the challenge (specifically the workouts) had caused some additional flares for myself. Everyone's body is different, but the added stress I was adding on myself to complete two 45-minute workouts daily (without a break) just wasn't sustainable for me and my endometriosis. Happy to chat through a video on this decision - but just wanted to post here in case you were waiting on the next weekly vlog around it!
