This song was based on a brief prayer my friends and I do before a performance to give thanks to God for the opportunity to share music. It’s quite challenging to play the melody right on this song, because the piece builds up on tempo rubato. We've got to stay together all the way to make it work. This is much like the current situation where we are in - we need to stick together to get through this difficult period.
I hope this will help those who need comfort and strength during this unprecedented times.
