Assemblies of God church Kodambakkam had its humble beginning in 1969 headed by Ps.Eliezer. In 1977 Rev.#CharlesAaron took over the church with just 15 members as Ps.Eliezer entered God's kingdom. With his fervent prayers and the grace of God in just three years the church grew to a strength of 200 believers. in 1990 a second service was started to cater to the growing number of believers who were 1500 in number then. In the same year The English service was introduced with 60 members.
Gradually the Hindi and Telugu services were added for the Glory of God. In 2009 by the utmost grace of God the congregation grew upto 8000 believers with 9 services in Tamil, English, Hindi & Telugu. At present, we are a 8000 member church.
